Our commitment to speaking up

At SKF Vertevo, we are committed to conducting business with integrity and in line with our Code of Conduct . We encourage employees, business partners, and other stakeholders to speak up about suspected misconduct or violations.
Our whistleblowing system provides secure reporting channels to raise concerns about potential violations by employees or external partners, enabling timely investigation and appropriate action. We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

What to report

The whistleblowing channel should be used to report actual or suspected violations of law, the SKF Vertevo Code of Conduct, the Code of Conduct for Suppliers, or the Code of Conduct for Distributors or our company policies.

This includes concerns such as fraud, bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, financial misconduct, competition law violations, money laundering, sanctions breaches, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, human rights violations, health, safety or environmental violations, data privacy and information security breaches, as well as other serious violations of law, company policies, or our Codes of Conducts involving employees, suppliers, distributors, contractors, consultants, agents, or other business partners.

A reporter does not need to have firm evidence for expressing suspicion. However, the reporter shall always act in good faith and deliberate reporting of false or malicious information is prohibited.

Issues related to work place dissatisfaction

The whistleblowing channel is not intended for personal matters, general workplace dissatisfaction, routine employment issues, or interpersonal disagreements that do not involve misconduct. Concerns that do not indicate a potential breach of law, company policy, or the Code of Conduct should be raised through other appropriate channels.

How to report

If you have a concern about potential misconduct, you can submit a report through our whistleblowing channel which is operated by an independent third-party provider. The platform is available in multiple languages and is designed to ensure confidential and secure reporting.

In addition to using the whistleblowing channel, employees may also raise concerns through their manager, their manager's manager, People Experience (PX) or Legal & Compliance.

Reports can be submitted either in writing or orally, and you may choose to remain anonymous where permitted by local law. If you would like to meet with the whistleblowing team in person, you can request a physical meeting when submitting your report through the whistleblowing channel.

Speak up

We encourage everyone to speak up in good faith. SKF Vertevo strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern or supports another person in reporting one. Reports are handled confidentially, and any form of retaliation may result in disciplinary action.
