Our commitment

Doing the right thing is fundamental to who we are at SKF Vertevo. Our purpose, "We Move People Further," is supported by our values of being Collaborative, Evolving, Dedicated and Caring. Together, they guide how we work, how we make decisions, and how we build trust with our colleagues, customers, suppliers, distributors, and communities.

Our Code of Conduct translates these values into everyday expectations and provides a common framework for conducting business lawfully, ethically, transparently, and responsibly. All SKF Vertevo employees and individuals working at or on behalf of SKF Vertevo are expected to follow the Code. No one in the organization has the authority to grant exceptions to its requirements. Our Code of Conduct has been approved by SKF Vertevo’s Board of Directors.

The Code of Conduct in our value chain

We want to engage with business partners sharing similar principles of high ethics, who collaborate to protect the reputation of SKF Vertevo and who works in accordance with our Code of Conduct.

We provide a Code of Conduct for Suppliers and a Code of Conduct for Distributors to ensure our business partners are committed to the same high standards as we set for ourselves.

Speak up

We encourage employees and external stakeholders to speak up if they have concerns about conduct that may violate our Code of Conducts, company policies, applicable laws, or ethical business standards. Reports can be submitted through our reporting portal and, where permitted by law, anonymously. Every report is reviewed carefully and handled appropriately and confidentially.

Non-retaliation

Anyone who raises a concern in good faith or assists in an investigation is protected from retaliation. SKF Vertevo does not tolerate any form of adverse treatment against reporters or individuals connected to a report.
